Ethan joined Hackman Capital Partners in 2021 and plays an integral role on the development team, supporting the entitlement, design, and construction management of projects across the firm’s portfolio. Ethan also focuses on collaborating with the asset management team on lease negotiations, tenant improvement projects, property operations, and budget oversight.

Prior to joining Hackman Capital Partners, Ethan started his career at Alagem Capital Group as part of the opening team for the five-star Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. He later contributed to the development of high-profile properties such as Rosewood Miramar Beach, The Beverly Wilshire, and other projects with a combined value exceeding $750 million.

Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
