Blake Bullock is executive vice president of The Aerospace Corporation. In this role, she harnesses her extensive experience working across national security, civil, and international space to lead Aerospace’s technical organizations in solving our customers’ hardest problems and delivering on national priorities. Bullock assumed this position on February 2, 2026.

As executive vice president, Bullock leads a team of more than 3,700 engineers and scientists, comprising Aerospace’s customer-facing organizations, engineering backplane, technology investment, and research and laboratory capabilities. She is responsible for overseeing Aerospace’s strategy to evolve and enhance our unparalleled technical depth, while developing new ways to engage with government, allies, and industry in support of their missions.

Prior to joining Aerospace, Bullock was vice president at Northrop Grumman leading multimillion-dollar military and missile defense space businesses. There, she was at the forefront of shaping next-generation architectures critical to our nation’s continued security and leadership in space—including the strategy, capture, design, build, and delivery of satellite communications, overhead sensing, missile warning and missile defense, proliferated systems, and laser communications technology development. She was also involved in flagship science missions, including NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope, the Chandra X-Ray Observatory, and the LCROSS robotic lunar spacecraft.

Previously, Bullock was director of corporate development for the University of California, Irvine. Earlier career experiences include positions at NASA Headquarters, Goddard Space Flight Center, the Office of the Secretary of War, Strategic and Space Programs Directorate (all part of the two-year Presidential Management Fellowship she was awarded), and the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
