Bryon Stock serves as Refinery Director of Chevron’s El Segundo Refinery, where he
leads a team of more than 1,200 employees dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and
ever cleaner energy throughout Southern California and beyond. With more than 25
years of experience in the energy sector, Bryon brings deep operational expertise,
thought leadership and a strong commitment to community partnership.

Bryon began his career with Chevron in 1998 as a mechanical engineering intern at the
Richmond, California Refinery. Over the years, he has held key leadership roles across
Chevron’s global network, including assignments in California, Utah, Mississippi, and
Singapore. Prior to his current role, Bryon served as General Manager and CEO of the
Singapore Refining Company, a Chevron joint venture located on Jurong Island.

Bryon is proud to represent Chevron’s longstanding presence in El Segundo and its
dedication to advancing economic opportunity and strengthening the community. He is
passionate about fostering collaboration between industry and local stakeholders to
ensure a vibrant future for the region.

Outside of work, Bryon enjoys restoring classic cars, spending quality time with his wife,
Heidi, and their two rescue dogs, learning to golf, and cheering on his alma mater, Cal
Berkely.
