Devynn currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the President of Business Development and West Coast headquarters for L’OREAL USA, where she is responsible for leading new partnerships, facilitating the new west coast headquarters’ culture and operations, and identifying business development opportunities.
 
Prior to her current position, she’s held key roles in beauty and management consulting. She was the Digital and Ecommerce director within L’OREAL’s luxury division, driving the product roadmap and digital strategy for Armani Beauty. Prior to joining L’OREAL in 2018, she was a management consultant for Deloitte in their Retail and Consumer Products practice.
 
Devynn is a dedicated advocate for community development. She is a member of UNICEF NextGen and prior to her recent move to Los Angeles, she was an active member of the New York Cares organization. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Bachelor of Science in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
